About Builder

Highly qualified from various renowned institutes in Maharashtra, he has attained, D.C.E, B.E. & A.M.I.E. in Civil Engineering. He started his career with DSK Group of Companies in 1989 as JR. ENGINEER. Since then he has worked at all levels of Engineering and Marketing Department; such as Maintenance, Extra work, Purchase, Planning, Execution and Field Marketing. In his various different capacities at DSK Group, he has gained experience of executing large scale housing & commercial projects like DSK Ranwara with 600 hundred units & DSK Vishwa over 5000 units, right from land purchasing to handing over. He has been responsible for entire Engineering, Planning and Marketing operations of the Group as a Technical Director of D.S. Kulkarni Developers Limited since 1996. Since 2001 he is working as Jt. Managing Director of DSK Gr., while starting his own venture in partnership with Mrs. Ashwini Deshpande under the title of Sanjeevani Developers.
